When looking at how I have been treated by this company, and in see how they have kept the doors of communication unopened with the neighbors, it is clear that what we say ,feel ,and go through is of no informants to them. I have received two letters from this company treating to put a lien on my property for none payment of my HOA. In the first letter I sent to them I ask them to explain to me how it was the raised the HOA from $100.00 to 220.00. Also when I first move into the community I was told by many neighbors that there was no HOA for quite some time; then, TPW comes along and raise the amount. I sent in my paper work from when I brought my home, and ask the people from this company to show me where it said I had an HOA fee they never did, but what they can do is send me a letter about putting a lien on my home. They have since put a line on my property and sent me a bill with over 500.00 additional cost and only show the one payment I sent in to them in Oct. still not the total they have received which is 452.00 HOA for 2013, and 2014 with copies of both receipts I ask you what is wrong with this picture. When I first moved in to this community I was told about a pool, a recreation center for the children things in this community that people can enjoy, and all we have is weeds and dirt. I would love to see all the so called work that they say is needed to be done around here where my money is really going to. I am sending this letter along with the first original one that they are saying they did not get and the payment for 2013 in the amount of 232.00 this will cover only HOA and the balance for 2014. I am reaching out for assistants with this matter because this company has now gotten attorney fees and court cost and many of my neighbors because many of us did not have an HOA attached to our settlement paperwork and this company says it is and can’t prove it to us. They are also net accredited with the Revdex.com, or other companies that can give them a rating so pardon us if we are a little afraid of giving them our money

In conclusion I would like to say please do not send any to me involving’s with this company, and it’s activities, except pay my HOA and that is it. I believe this company to be a rip off and until I see things being done, that’s just what they are. Anything sent to my home from this company other than a bill will be sent back. [redacted]Desired Settlement: The product purchased was defective because I was not aware of an HOA at the time I my home was brought I spoke to many of the neighbors that told me that that they had not collected in years. I am not the only one in my area that did not get an HOA in the settlement paperwork as expailed to this company by myself and others. Many of us are on a fixed income and eather can't aford to pay all at one time then the want to attach late fees and now atorney fees. This need to stop
