My air unit would not cool so I called my home warranty company and they sent out TQ HVAC Contactor, LLCThey said I needed a new inside unit because of rusted coils I was interested in taking a buy out and going with my HVAC contractor but after meeting and talking with TQ HVAC I decided to not only let them do my work but I went ahead and purchased a complete system They had my system up and running in no time When the contractor was finished he promptly left for the dayI went and did a deeper inspection of unit because I had only glanced at the unit when signing the completion papers I promptly called because of two issues and they assured me they would be out first thing in the morning The issues I had was with the drain line which was in an inconvenient location for me and the air filter was dragging wood platform in closetThey showed up promptly the next morning and rerouted the drain line and shimmed up unit to make it easier to remove air filter It has been almost been almost months and everything is great
