We hired TR Construction to replace skylights and roof repair in one area of roofWhen they came to provide a bid, I loved that they took pictures while they were on the roof to explain the work that they would do I liked the visual help They set up the date to install & repair and showed up as plannedOnly snag was the installers thought I had the skylights on site and the communication could have been betterThey had to come back to install and said they would the next dayBy when no one had showed up to install the skylights that were delivered that morning, I was told there was a change and they would come the next dayThe job was completed the next day without problems I would still recommend them

We had Tony out to our house to bid on a old leaky roofHe was more expensive than the other quotes I received, and this was money well spentThe level of professionalism, and knowledge of the product is clearly evident from the owner, the staff, and the installersThe work was done in a timely highly professional manner, with the installation team (thanks Mike and Mikey) taking the time to answer all of our questionsEveryone was extremely nice to deal withYou can't go wrong with this company

We apologize for the oversight.  We have instructed our ground crew to refrain from hanging flyers on doors with No Soliciting signs.  We thank you for your feedback.

Review: 02FEB13: I signed a contract with [redacted] of TR Construction to tear-off & re-roof my house at [redacted]. The contract stated no money up front, 100% due upon completion, yet I mailed them a $1000. check, which they cashed approx. 1 week later.27FEB13: On the morning they scheduled to begin, my wife told them to not commence any work, and the contract was cancelled. No work was performed, yet Mr. [redacted] indicated his crew stood by for several hours.08May13: After several requests for documentation over 60 days, no statement nor refund was received. A Five Day Demand for a full $1000. refund was issued by certified mail.10May13: A refund letter was received, claiming "Start up charge for tear off crew - $600." along with their check for $400. Phone calls & messages left since have not been returned.Desired Settlement: Demanding full refund of $1000. which had been advanced outside of the contract. The contract called for "No money down - total due upon completion". No work was ever performed. No sufficient evidence documenting their $600. expense was provided.
