Review: called company on 11/11/2013 for leaf removal services. Was told they would come out that day to do the job. I was told they would try to do the job for $125 but guaranteed they would not charge more than $160. They never showed. Called pretty much everyday since with no return phone calls until 11/22/2013. Company finally came out and when arrived indicated they would have to charge more for the job. I indicated they guaranteed charging no more than $160. I expressed my displeasure. They did the job but charged me $200 and then once job was done I asked where the top of one of my outside light fixtures was and one of the workers made the comment that they thought they "sucked it up". Not very happy about the fact that they did not come when they said they would, charged me more and then damaged items on my property. I am very unhappy with this organization and their customer service.Desired Settlement: I fee they should replace the top of the light fixture they damaged as well as refund me for over charging from what they said they would charge.
