I am rejecting this response because:

If the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]I requested a battery because it was not there. If the product was used it was not by us but by your store. The clerk never opened the case. Also she did not offer assistance. I am working with the manufacturer and they are aware of the problem. The manufacturer is being very helpful and hopefully will get the problem resolved. The battery was purchased at Radio Shack for $14.00.

clerk looked at the product it appeared to be used therefore she could not do a refund.We do our best to take care of all of our customers. We are not an authorized warranty center for the product that was purchased. We assist our customers with the warranty directions the manufacture provides when needed.
