I am rejecting this response because:The Response from the business in question (T & R Nati Construction is completely fabricated to satisfy your inquiryThe conversation noted in the business's response never occurredI provided the requested funds for the plumbing service and never heard from this company again after repeated attempts via phone call and text messages asking for a refund for services not rendered. The owner of this company has absolutely no integrity.

T&R Nati Construction presented an estimate for roughbathroom plumbing as requested by MrD***. The scope of the work consisted of the installation of supply lines and drain pipes for sink, toilet and bath/shower fixtures where not include that MrD*** would be handling
separately. We were directed to apply with all necessary permits with the City of *** Park. On October 13, 2016, T&R Nati filed the necessary application and submitted the $fee (see check attached). In addition, a plumbing permit application and $1,fee payment was made by T&R Nati through its plumbing subcontractor (vision plumbingMrD*** paid us the $1,for these permits. Soon after, MrD*** advised us that he had changed his mind and wanted T&R Nati to also install the toilet, sink and shower as well as complete all bathroom finishing work including walls, flooring and lighting fixtures. However, when we advised MrD*** that this change in scope of the project would require a change order to reflect the considerable amount of additional work, fixtures and materials, he insisted that he expected all of the finished bathroom costs (estimated to be ($8,000) to be included in the original ($3,000) estimate for roughplumbing. Obviously, we or any company could not agree to such a ridiculous request. And since we could not come to any practical agreement to these new demands, MrD*** did not authorize us to go forward with the roughplumbing as was the original scope of the work. MrD*** understood that the cancellation of the work would not negate the permits already made. I don’t know how MrD*** came up with a figure of $1,unless he is counting the $city fee twicethank you
