Review: SST replaced my roof in the fall of 1998 with a 30 year warranty. This past winter I had a leak in my granddaughters closet which is just the other side of my electric panel. It took weeks for him to finally come check it out and said he fixed it. When we had that big rain storm a few weeks ago the same thing happened. I have contacted him several times and he said he would be here the next day or within hours. He never shows and never calls back to reschedule. And, reaching him has become more difficult. As I said the leak is just the other side of my electric panel and if it gets wet I will have bigger problems.Desired Settlement: I need my roof repaired to prevent further leaks.
