Complaint Information:    Yes TR Transportation did transport a 1923 [redacted] for Mr. [redacted] and yes the rusted frame did break and at the time of delivery I told Mr. [redacted] that that kind of damage was not covered by my company. I told Mr. [redacted] to contact my insurance company and they decided to cover the claim. And my deductible is $2500.00. When Mr. [redacted] can show me proof of payment for the $1200.00 transportation charges that was not paid I will give him the $2500.00 until then my offer of $1300.00 is all I can do. I am rejecting this response because:  [redacted] is not an honest person.  The broker company, [redacted], stipulates that the customer must pay a balance at delivery in cash which I did.If I were to not pay per the policy, why would [redacted] leave the car, and why would he give me a Bill of Lading for delivery?  I know if I just drove a customer's car over 1200 miles, that if that customer did not pay, he would not get his car and he SURE wouldn't get the BOL until payment has been made.  I do not ask for things that I do not deserve.  I paid [redacted] standing in the parking lot of an automotive repair shop in [redacted].  [redacted] says that his deductible for breaking the frame (that was not rusty) is $2500.  All I want is what is mine.  Nothing more, nothing less.I can provide copies of the Bill of Lading, the broker's policy to pay in cash, and pictures of the damage if needed.
