The claims of the purchaser on incorrect on two points:1. The customer in question has expressed to us they feel a

company does indeed offer a month money back policy on this device, but being
a demo that was purchased well before it was re-sold to this customer, that

offer of a discount was clearly to offer the customer an option to the full
price, as she sympathized with a fellow pet owner.2. While low level laser light from
this device is marketed primarily as a hair growth stimulator (see package)
lllt in the same power and light wavelength has been reported by veterinarians
to have positive effects in relieving pain and inflammation, as well as
promoting wound healing The customer was told of this at the time of
purchase While MsG*** does not portray herself to be a doctor or
veterinarian, her experience comes from many years of working with these
devices for human wound healing and pain relief and from positive results with
her own petThere were no results guarantees expressed or implied. The person
representing MsN***, a R*** ***, called MsG*** and became
abusive with her, using inappropriate language and making threats against our
company. Our stellar history with the Revdex.com demonstrates that we
are trustworthy and honest business His actions did nothing to promote
his cause.The product does
carry a manufacturer's warranty against defects for one year Nutrevetm will
stand by the warranty and, as a conciliatory gesture, Advantage Studios will
