As new homeowners and after living in the house for only weeks, I was in a bit of a panic The wonderful people at TRA Preventive Maintenance were assigned to us through a homeowner warranty plan I was offered an appointment the next evening around 5pm I asked if there were any earlier openings and I was then told they could come over in an hour I was so appreciative that the two very nice technicians took pity upon me and my poor overheated puppy and fit us in their already overloaded schedule! Turns out that our outside unit was extremely dirty so the technicians got right to work and cleaned what was at least years of filth Allan handled the paperwork and payment and was great with his explanation of the problem and how to best prevent future issues Our air is now running nice and cool and I am so happy with our experience with TRA Preventive Maintenance
