[redacted] , we have not done business with this personI did help him with finding financing options but all of my corrispondance with him was via the the contractor that performed his installationThis person appears to not be of a sound mind accordingly to his contractorI'm not going entertain this person any longerHe sends crazy demented messages and appears a hostile person in general
Don't know if it is needed yet, but given his response I thought I would mention it.In the rebuttal I forgot to mention in regard to the first contract breaking threats, this was madeby Mr [redacted] of Trabuco Air himself. The below quote was made by Trabuco AirNote that Trabuco Air has made a claim of power to be ableto break the contract because he was representing and handling the contractor, no simple referral.I have this email I can forward it with full headers if needed."I'm canceling the contractYou guys can get bids from other sourcesYou both have no clue of thereality of contracting."Do note, that you cannot arbitrarily cancel a signed contract that would be breach of contract. Also note [redacted] claims enough involvement to break the contract. As mentioned, Mr [redacted] represented the contractor and had an active involvement in the project.Mr [redacted] directly threatened liens regarding the projectThe contractor said that Mr [redacted] handled the roofing and there are other things that Mr [redacted] was involved in.In the current situation, it involves guarantees Mr [redacted] made directly to me as wellMentioningthese, plus apologies for those threats he directly made is exactly what I asked for.Very simple and no risk to himI do believe that the terms are so simple that he has not providedeven a "reasonable effort to resolve" if he does not perform those
Trabuco Air has never contracted with this person. He asked us for a referral to a solar contractor which we provided. It has been my understanding this complaisant tried to cheat on his taxes regarding the solar tax credit and has caused harm to his solar contractor. I believe the Contractors Board...
sided with the solar contractor in this instance.

[redacted], we have not done business with this person. I did help him with finding financing options but all of my corrispondance with him was via the the contractor that performed his installation. This person appears to not be of a sound mind accordingly to his contractor. I'm not going entertain this person any longer. He sends crazy demented messages and appears a hostile person in general.
This is false:1) "Trabuco Air" is directly on the contract, saying in care of I can provide it. Trabuco Air had direct involvement in the project and made the threats mentioned. I have the emails.2) I have copies of the emails by [redacted] himself threatening liens and foreclosures, after me politely complaining to him about not following the contract. Why would Mr. [redacted] himself threaten a lien with no involvement.2) I have a copy of [redacted] himself sending me the contract digitally, this can and will be verified via subpeonas3) I have the amount in question in the contract sent by [redacted] himself and a "FINAL PAYMENT" paper signed by [redacted] with the last payment in the schedule verifying payment.4) I have proof [redacted] himself drafted the contract. 5) Checks were cashed by [redacted], the contractor with permission from [redacted] as "Trabuco Air". [redacted]'s signature is on the back and it went to his bank account.6) Based also on verifiable emails from [redacted], I have proof that [redacted] was an "active salesman" and not just a referral.7) Based on the response I do feel that was Mr. [redacted] is the one that actually intended to perform tax fraud, which I did not know about but now do. Being scared of exposure it seems he is trying to pin it on me.And note, the CSLB did NOT side with the contractor. They not only have not yet made a decision, they provided me a forum to recover losses if needed and I choose to use it.Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
