I ordered a swingarm fm Trac Dynamics and since they did not deliver the product I cancelled the order after over months of waiting
4/1/- I ordered a swingarm from Trac DynamicsThey charged me 100% of the price even though their website says they charge 50% for 'special orders'
5/18/- I emailed them to get a status of the swingarm
5/18/- '***" responds, "don't have a date but I will make sure to get you one first thing on Monday morning
5/22/- '***' never got back to me so I emailed Trac Dynamics and told them to cancel the order and refund my money
5/22/- '***' responds with ...."We are building arms now that were ordered in march....yours is scheduled to ship on June 1st
(it does state on the web site on the swingarm page that orders can take from to weeks.)
Since it is a standard arm, we can cancel it for youPlease just verify that you want to do
this and we will pull it out of production

Company never delivered or even manufactured the product I paid for
4/30/Ordered a 4in over swing arm for my ***, Paid for it in full including shipping at a cost of $*** with the understanding that these are made to order and it would take to weeks for it to be made and delivered IF they were busy No one ever contacted me to tell me anything about a specific delivery or production date and I would have been happy with the weeks if that's all it took
7/25/Contacted the company via E mail to find out the status of my order
7/26/Was told via e mail it hadn't even been started on , but was due to " go to production " in the morning I was also told that the order was cancelable since it hadn't been started on and I could get a refund
7/26/Informed trac dynamics via e mail that I wanted to cancel the order and receive a full refund
8/3/Still hadn't received my refund and informed the company via e mail that I would be filing this
