Not sure if my order has gone through or not
Placed an order for 3 track sculptures 23 days ago. I have emailed 2 times and used the website contact form but have heard nothing back. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift that looks like it’s not going to happen. Website states orders will ship within 5-10 business days which is why I placed the order thinking I would have 2 weeks to spare before the holiday. If I don’t hear back in the next couple of days I am filling fraud charges with my bank.

We had an issue when we upgraded to a new mailsystemLots of customer emails ended up in "Spam" so I missed his messagesWe have sent him out the correct product, free of chargePlease see this tracking info: [redacted]

The worst company on the planet to deal with They take 1-months to deliver your track Their excuse is always that they have a surprisingly large number of ordersI had to cancel my order with them I would never deal with them again The worst company ever

Hey there [redacted] We upgraded to a mailsystem and unfortunately dozens of customer emails ended up in our Spam folder so I never saw this complaint until nowThe tracking info from the order shows that it was delivered to the shipping address that the customer provided (see link below) -- How do I go about resolving this? Thanks!

Hey Sherri, This is the customers 4th order with us. The previous had no problems. This latest order was lost by USPS. It was ordered on 3/23 and shipped on time, within 5 business, on 3/31. Please see the tracking info here. Customer e-mailed on 4/9 saying he had not received the order. We called...

him, explained the situation with the lost in transit package, and he then requested us to make changes to his replacement order.Everything we make is custom made, so we had to re-do the graphic design and re-print & finish his order. The replacement order shipped out on 4/25 with a 2-day label (at our cost) and was successfully delivered on 4/27. Here is the tracking info for his replacement order.If you need any other information, please let me know. Lastly, I just realized that the customer has already been refunded 100% of his order. So he now both has the products he ordered, and a 100% refund. I hope this should be satisfactory for the customer.- Clay
