This is my 2nd Tracker purchase; purchased a new boat on Friday 3/6/20- went back and forth between 2 models, wanted to upgrade a little a selected the Pro170. I voiced my concerns with a bigger boat to the salesmen however they did not seem to have (or want to share) boat knowledge or knowledge of boating in the local area.
Saturday night I sent an email to the finance guy (Ricky) stating I did not like the boat, it was not going to work for my boating needs and I wanted to discuss my options. Monday I called and no one had seen the email, he said they would get back to me. I had to call again to speak to Mike who's friendly attitude changed and he hem'd and haw'd and said he'd get back to me. Again I had to call for a follow-up as he didn't call me, and he said again how I would "take a hit" and he couldn't sell the boat as new and I stated I know that, I just wanted to know my options. This rhetoric went around and around about 5 times before he said he'd get a quote for me. I had to call to get the quote and he finally emailed me a quote showing my brand new boat depreciated over $6,000. This is after this salesman boasted about being the "largest boat retailer" and a "multi billion dollar company" and yeah, I'm real impressed with this customer service. My 10 year old boat didn't even depreciate that much.

Refund I would be OK with a reasonable "re-stocking" fee and less attitude.
We have been very accommodating to ***. She came in looking at the Classic XL, I showed her that plus the Pro 160, Pro 170, PT 175 & the Mako 15 Skiff. She picked the Pro 170, because of the seating, storage, larger gas tank & that it was blue. When I spoke to her, after using the boat all weekend, I tried to explain to her that her boat it is now considered a used boat & that she would not be getting the same amount (what she paid for the boat) back towards a different model. We have offered a trade in value of her boat, pending inspection. She said that she hit bottom with the motor & had beached the boat. I also, quoted her on the Pro 160 on March 10th, however it was not a final quote. Our Ba & I both explained to her that She needs to get us the loan payoff from Bank of the West, so we can roll it into her new loan. As you know the bank will not give us the amount. We explained that as soon as she get us the boat & the payoff we can move forward. She did make a comment to our BA, that she just didn't like it & it preformed fine. We haven't heard from or seen her since 3/13/20.

Very poor customer service. I never said I "beached" the boat. Your value of the boat was poor. You did nothing to ensure customer satisfaction and did not stand behind your product. I told of my concerns before purchasing the boat and was told the boat would "fit my needs". This is my second Tracker and I would stay away from the brand from now on, due to this customer service.
