Extremely frustrating.
We have 7 devices with Trackimo.
2017 worked well, no issues at all.
2018 started to have lots of issue and service not reliable anymore. Customer Service never replied to any of our request (facebook, twitter, email, chat, phone, ... No replies !).
Because of service not reliable and no answers, I asked them in July 2018 to cancel our account, following these issues. No replies

In April 2019 they charged us auto-renew 3 devices again despite our request to cancel our account. There's no way to remove the auto-renew on the website or change method of payment. Another payment will happen in May, the only solution is to ask the bank to block the bank. What is this company ? are they for real ?
I strongly recommend anyone to subscribe with them, we are professional in hospitality business with multiple boats and hotels, never had to deal with a company that doesn't care about their customers that much.

and his account was cancelled and 2 months of service ($4.99 each) were refunded. I am confused as to why he lodged this complaint.

Mine works fine in the US and Canada ... doesn't work in the Carribean. I checked that 3G was available there ... and according to my phones scanner, it was. The device provides no indication of any sort that its "working" , ... or cant connect to a network ... or cant get a GPS lock ... etc. When its working or not working ... the LEDs don't do anything to tell you its status (other than when charging/charged).

As other reviewers comment ... the manual and FAQ are near useless. However, the device has no user-controls, etc, anyway ... so theres nothing to put into a users manual.

I've emailed the company's support line ... no response yet.

Review: Bought a trackimo unit thru radio shack and it has never worked. "User manual" is totally useless. If your problem isn't the one listed, there is no option. Bought product based on FIRST 12 MONTHS FREE on their site: ([redacted])

UNIT IS Unusable; forces you to pay $60 for a year with cancellation only after first year.

I THINK THIS IS A SCAM because you can't get anywhere until after you have bought the unit, paid for shipping, successfully registered it, and then you try to activate it and it stops with the PAY $60!! WHERE"S MY FREE TRIAL? WHERE IS SUPPORT?

THANKS Revdex.com for putting up with my complaining.Desired Settlement: I'd like technical support. I'd like to use this thing for the purpose it was purchased. I'd like them to honor the "12 month free trial" as listed on their site ([redacted])

Review: Seller has failed to respond to phone and email messages regarding return of 2 Trackimo devices. [redacted] is the fulfillment agent for Trackimo GPS Devices. I purchased 2 of the devices through the Trackimo.com website on 12/**/2014. The devices were delivered via [redacted] on 12/**/2014. I have been trying to return the devices since 12/**/2014. My order number was #[redacted], Item N-1-TRACK-SIMO-CP-BK, Sales Rep. "[redacted]", Payment Amt. $199.94, which was charged to my [redacted] card. The devices were ordered through the Trackimo.com website. At the time that I ordered, there was a 30-day money-back guarantee advertised on the website, which listed an email address to which a purchaser was to request a return authorization and address. I have received no answer to my repeated requests, and I have received no return calls from my telephonic messages left at the [redacted] number. The website no longer shows it's return policy information and there are no longer any telephone numbers or addresses listed as how to contact Trackimo. Tjere is only a "Support" button to which one is suppose to submit a request for support, but even that goes unanswered. I contacted [redacted] on 12/**/2014 when I was unable to get a response by either phone or email.Desired Settlement: I want them to honor the 30-day return policy AND PROVIDE ME WITH A RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS, and I want a full refund of the $199.94.
