Review: On Thursday, 10/15/15, I purchased a used tired for $45 from Tracks Auto & Tires located at 178 S. Dupont Hwy., New Castle, DE 19720 on or about 11:30 a.m. The tire was placed on my right front passenger side. Almost immediately, the tire began shaking when the car got up to about 40 mph. Around 2 p.m. on 10/15/15, I returned to Tracks Auto & Tires and requested they put my old tire back on and a refund. They assured me that the replacement tire I had purchased from them just needed balancing. The mechanic removed the tire and balanced it. I drove off again but the tire was severely shaking. I returned on Friday, 10/16/15 in the afternoon and again requested that I have a refund. I told the mechanic my old tire put back on the car. They assured me that the replacement tire I had purchased from them wasn't balanced properly and took balanced it again. I was afraid to drive my car all weekend because the replacement tire I had purchased from them was now wobbling. On Monday, 10/19/15, the replacement tire I had purchased from them was flat. I had to call AAA, miss time from work and purchase another tire. On Thursday, 10/22/15, I returned to Tracks Auto & Tires located at 178 S. Dupont Hwy., New Castle, DE 19720 and again requested a refund. The owner refused and asked me to come back once he had business or money.

The replacement tire I had purchased from Tracks Auto & Tires located at 178 S. Dupont Hwy., New Castle, DE 19720 was in bad shape, downright dangerous, and never should have been sold at all.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund from Tracks Auto & Tires located at 178 S. Dupont Hwy., New Castle, DE 19720 in the amount of $150 for mileage/travel time and gas, missed time from work, and for selling a used tire that didn't last one weekend.

Review: On Saturday March 28, 2015, afternoon, I took my car in for a slow leak and wanted it plugged or patch, they guarantee a batch over a plug. I waited for about 45 minute, they said my car was ready and it was my tire stem so they replaced it. They did not advised me of replacing my stem. My sensor light is still on so had my son check the air, air pressure is good. Took my car to dealer, they state if replaced with rubber light wont go away, need the metal stem. Went back to Tracks Auto & Tire, a Henry states nothing they can do. I advised, they are a business and should have known and should have told me what they was doing before doing work. Now, I have this service light on and I have to keep checking my tires.Desired Settlement: They need to correct the problem, now I don't feel safe even having them fix it.
