In response to their letter July was not the first time there was communication about the tires I never said "I don't do that" what I said was I am really hard to get a hold of I understand the no refund/warranty policy, however they are offering me a free set of tiresIn my opinion it is because they sold me year old tiresNo racer in their right mind would ever knowingly buy three year old tiresSelling me year old tires is unacceptable! In July 2015 [redacted] brought the tires to us to be taken off the rims. At that time he presented us with the invoice of the original sale. We asked why is this the first time we are hearing about...

this problem. [redacted] said, "I tried to call you last week and it went into your voicemail". [redacted] did not leave a message because he said, "I don't do that." I told him I was not available 24/7. I would have gotten back to him if he would have left a message.
At that time [redacted] had already spoke with Hoosier Tire North and Hoosier factory.
Hoosier offered [redacted] a free set of tires which he has not claimed yet. The Hoosier factory, Hoosier Tire North and Trackside Tire have a no refund/warranty policy.
[redacted] had used the tires for 3 months without communicating to us about any issues. [redacted] also stated to us he did not rotate the tires from side to side to prevent abnormal wear.

In response to their letter July 2015 was not the first time there was communication about the tires.
I never said "I don't do that" what I said was I am really hard to get a hold of.
I understand the no refund/warranty policy, however they are offering me a free set of tires. In my opinion it is because they sold me 3 year old tires. No racer in their right mind would ever knowingly buy three year old tires. Selling me 3 year old tires is unacceptable!
Hoosier tire customer service is appalling. They were rude and arrogant. I no longer want any dealing with Hoosier tire. I would have never bought the tires had I know they were 3 years old. I just want my money back. If they can give me free tires they can give me my money.
