to *** ***'s complaint is for services rendered from July 1, - July 31, We did not charge their card beyond the cancellation Since Ms*** didn't follow our cancellation policy, we did not offer a refundShe then disputed the charge with *** *** which was settled by *** in our favor

I am rejecting this response because: Per the letter they sent 6 months prior, they were terminating the product. Again, they knew we were out of TrackVia because we worked closely while moving our data to QuickBase. If TrackVia believed in GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES, they would credit the $575 because they are ethically wrong. Most companies, ours included, do not want to work with unethical businesses like TrackVia and it is important that any company shopping TrackVia know this prior to engaging.
