Firstly I must say that I am very happy with the Tractive GPS as it is a great product, however I do have one warning for people ordering from their "Shop" from other countries outside of the European Union.
I am situated in Canada and purchased an LED dog collar and a set of replacement clips for the GPS totalling $27.98. They charged $11.20 for shipping. My surprise was that I just received a supplemental invoice from Fedex for duties and taxes (which is normal I assume) plus an additional $10 for a prepayment fee. This is not mentioned when you order from their shop.
So be warned that everything is an additional $10 tacked onto the bill that you will receive later from the carrier. My $27.98 purchase has now become $44.95.
