I purchased contacts and then received a recall notice from postal contacts saying they I “ immediately cease using the potentially affected lenses and return them to us for an exchange at no cost to you.” The reason is that they were assumed to be fraudulent/fake contacts. They said I had to return the unused contacts to get replacements. I called the actual contact manufacturer and the manufacturer said they are not an authorized dealer and therefore should not trust any contacts supplied by them. I called postal contacts again cancelled the scheduled return and asked for a refund instead. They would not issue a refund stating the reason is that they are authorized under LDvison. The manufacturer company confirmed neither names were authorized. I am out money due to dangerous fake contacts that could cause medical issues.
I ordered contacts on Sept and they were shipped out Sept They advised it would take 3-days to deliverI have been tracking my package and it is not even close to my homeI called and spoke with Alex who said it was a big package and so it is taking longerShe could not tell me why it was in Ft Lauderdale Fl on the Sep 8, and then again on the 10th I spoke to Amanda the supervisor who refused to give me the Managers number and the person above herShe refused to give me the corporate office number and her continued response was NO She told me they did me a favor by shipping it UPS instead of usps but at this point it will not make the 3-day delivery as promisedThis is advertising!!!!
