Review: I am upset with the service that was provided to me from your staff. Last week Wednesday 10-10-2013, I dropped my lawn mower off because the recoil was broke. The service guy said the [redacted] would be servicing the mower. He called later to info that the spring had sprung and to replace the spring would be $35.00 and additional labor of $35.00. He said the other option was he would order a whole new assembly for $69.00 and no charge for labor because there were only 3 nuts to tighten. I received a call Tuesday 10-15-2013 the mower was fixed and to come pick it up. So on Wednesday 10-17-2013 (today) when I stopped in the Service Man gave me a bill for $23.00 Labor Parts $69.00 Misc $4.00 Sales Tax $5.29 Total $101.29. I questioned him about the difference that I was told and was expecting. He said He (Service REP Matthew) should not be stating that no labor would be charged. I am very upset with deception and business practices I just witnessed. I will not be using your service in the future and will be sure to go out of my way to tell others of the poor service I received the West Salem Tractor Central Office. I will also be addressing this with the Revdex.com and the Attorney General. Regarding Bait-Switch Tactics and False Statements. I will never do business your Office again! [redacted]Desired Settlement: A Refund of the Difference that was quoted to me of $69.00 + Tax from the amount that was actually charged of $101.29
