total scammers , Ordered John Deere Seat Parts and it took over 3 weeks to get them . I had to keep calling them to keep getting updates. When they finally said they were in when I called them , I went there and they had 2 ebay Chinese knockoff parts that they tried to sell me at John Deere Part prices. They told me they could not get John Deere parts anymore . Then another guy found the seat bottom real JD part in the back. The chinese knockoff seat back's fabric was way different than the JD seat bottom . So then they had to get the real JD seat back from another dealer . I was told by the parts guy after he discussed with the manager that they would need to charge me 10 dollars more for the actual JD seat part. When I went in to pick it up , they charged the extra 10 dollars plus 20 dollars for shipping. When I complained and asked them to at least pay the shipping for all their screw ups , my trips , and nearly a month of my time the guy said no way. I then asked to speak to the manager and the young guy said he was the manager in a very arrogant manner. When I asked to speak with his superior he chuckled and told me to call corporate. I have been waiting on the phone for over a half hour . No more John Deere crap for me!
