My point is that we sold 43 filters with no issues. he is only one who has a complain. Customer wants to... get his money back including shipping. We will issue him full refund. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, as long as the refund is for the full amount of $53.99, which includes shipping costs I just want to state that I never claimed that all the filters of this type were defective I can only speak for the one that I received Furthermore, the vendor should make it clear who is the manufacturer of the filter at the time of purchase I assumed I was buying an OEM part
