Review: On 6/12 I brought in a Samsung Tablet that needed to have the charging port fix. The lady at the front desk told me that they could have it ready in 5 days and that it would cost $75. After calling a few times without any answer I started going to the shop to ask about it. Every time they had a different excuse 1)[redacted] the technician could not pick up the tablet that its at the Fremont location 2) He had an emergency 3) He is stock in traffic 4) we were closed yesterday 5)He is coming from Hayward and there is traffic, every time they were rude and treaded me like I was trying to take something that didn't belong to me, they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about.Finally, They had it ready on 6/25. I asked the men at the from desk to check if it was fixed, he took it to the back they turn it on and said that it was working. I asked for a charger to test it and he said, look its on, it works and refused to test it. I took it home and tested it and it did not charged. I call and talked to the older men and told him that the tabled was not fixed.He asked me to bring it back. I brought it back on Monday 6/29, they wanted me to leave it again and to send it to their repair center. after dealing with their unprofessionalism I did not wanted to deal with them. I asked for a refund and they refused. They said that [redacted] the owner was going to call me about it. He hasn't called. I called again and the older men gives me the same excuses that he is running late, he is in traffic, etc. I found a lot of reviews online from customers that have been told the same excuses and when a refund has been logic they refuse to. they keep the money for a service that is not delivered. They do not provide any type of receipt they only accept cash payments and charged different amounts for the same service.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the $75.00 that I paid for the service that was not provided, I am taking the tablet to a different technician and if they find that it has been damaged by the previous repairs done by Tracy Cellular City, I want them to pay for a replacement.

On June 30 at 4:30pm [redacted] from Tracy Cellular City left me a voice mail. I called him back at 4:45pm he asked me to bring the tablet back to a different location in Tracy and that he would take care of it for me. He said he runs other cellphone repair centers in Tracy. About 7pm the same day I meet him at Cellular and Repair 1230 W 11th St. I explain the whole situation and showed him how the devise was not repair and was mishandle, the frame was bended and damage, he seemed to understand, sounded like he care for his customers and his work, he asked me to leave the table and give him 3 days to fix it or he would process a full refund. I waited 1 week and did not hear back from him. I stared calling him on Wednesday 7/8, He ignores my calls, disconnects the call and does not allow me to leave a voice mail. I send him a text on 7/9 asking for an update, for my tablet back and for him to get back to me. He has not reply. He is clearly not willing to resolve this issue and now wants to keep my devise. I have spent too much time on this already.
