I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I have received the requested report; however, getting the information or any response from Mr*** did not happen until I filed the complaint The report is thorough and satisfactory., The business was negligent for returning phone calls, emails or questions during the whole of July and August Regards,*** ***
I filed a previous complaint ( ***) regarding an issue with Tracy and providing his PI serviceIt was closed saying that he would reimburse the money I had paid himThe issue was closed on 2/21/I was told by Tracy, through email, that a check had been mailed on 2/22/He immediately asked me if I had received the check yet and if not he would cancel it and send the money via moneygram/paypalI advised through email that we wait a week to let the USPS mail go throughI sent an update on 2/and then 2/telling Tracy I never received the checkOn 2/Tracy asked if I had a paypal account and on 2/I informed him I did not and that a moneygram would be the best optionOn 3/I sent another email asking for an update after not hearing anything back from Tracy, he responded that day saying that a moneygram would be put through that day or the next and he would email me the reference numberI still have not heard anything from Tracy and I sent him follow up emails on 3/and 3/I also have never received the mailed check he claimed to have sent, which now I can see was untrue and was never sent in the mail to begin with

I am responding to the consumer complaint. I have had contact with
the consumer/client and had informed at the beginning of the contracted
agreement for services that "I could not guarantee any results" on

locate investigation" I have also put numerous hours that I have not charged
her for regarding her case. In the efforts of keeping my client happy. I have
agreed to refund her funds paid to our firm to her. If there is any additional
