I had a complicated trade-in. My 2010 Equinox needed a big repair. I had tried to shop around, looking for either a less expensive repair or a trade-in deal. I called half a dozen repair shops and auto dealers and no one would help me. I decided to take my car back to Tracy Motors where I purchased it to see if they could help. They were not put off by my less-than-perfect trade-in, but made me a decent deal and set me up with a nice newer Equinox. There were other Murphy's Law items that popped up, but they stayed in touch, helping me throughout the process till I drove my new-ish red car off the lot. They were all super friendly and helpful. Even their coffee is good! I highly recommend this dealership.
