Tracy's Dynamic Cleaning Inc.

This company was recommended to me, however I was highly to satisfied with their service. First, I called the company for quote on construction clean up for my 450sq residential guest house. I set an appointment for the following Wednesday. I waited at home for 1 1/2 hour after the set appointment time for the company but they did not show nor did they call. When I call to inquire why the person didn't show; I was informed that she had forgotten that this particular Wednesday pay roll and if we could reschedule for another day. I did reschedule for the following dates at 9am. To their credit the person they sent show up early. After showing him the house and explaining my requirements he assured me that they were able to meet them. He promised to have a quote to me by the following date. I waited several days to hear for him but I did not. It was not until I called the office to request my quote the I receive it. Anyway the quote was reasonable and the date of service was set. On the day of service the workers were polite, show up early and brought all their own equipment. They work quickly and seem to be efficient. After they were finished I was unable to inspect the work because the wax place on the floor required hour and a half to dry. However standing at the door pointed out to one of the workers that it appeared they had forgotten to wipe the baseboards. She informed me that she did but she was unable to move the dust (I later try to move the dust and I was able to). After the wax had dried I went in to inspect the house and the cleaning was adequate there were just a few minor details I was dissatisfied with however they would have been easily fixed. I called the field manager and left a message explaining the things I was not satisfied with. I did not receive a call back so the following morning I called the office who assured they would forward my message to the field manager. I still didn't not receive a call back. That night I returned home only to learn that the workers had been by had entered the guesthouse (I had forgetten to lock it) without my express permission spent about 5 minutes in there and left. You cannot imagine how upset I was! I called the field manager and left him a message. I didn't receive a call back so the following morning I called him again, and finally he answered his phone. When I explain to him that I was still dissatisfied with the work and now very upset. He proceeded to called the worker who claimed that my stepfather who had mild dementia went into the main house found the keys to my guest house and let them in. This was a blatant lie my stepfather cannot even tell which key opens the front door to the main house where he lives nor would he know where to find the keys to the guest house. Manager assured me he'd come by and look at the reasons I was dissatisfied. He came while I was unavailable so my mother pointed out to him all the areas I was dissatisfied with he assured her that he would send somebody guide to rectify the mistakes and would give me a call. It's now been 3 weeks and have still not heard from him. As I wrote this review I realized I should have seen the warning signs along the way but I trusted the person who recommended me to them. My final comments are they're cleaning with adequate at best and their professionalism left a lot to be desired. I would never recommend them to anyone nor will they ever return to clean my house again.
