Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]
Payments were made to the [redacted] during the payment duration and there was never a receipt copy on a bill of sale. I was also employed by [redacted] of Trade Automotive at the time and we were friends so he stated there was no need to be technical, and this is why he arranged in house payments instead of financing as usual. Due to this reason I made payments to the office monthly. [redacted] became upset with me and stated we were no longer friends after he lost the Revdex.com case with my daughter. He is now being spiteful, it is not right or fair, and he is aware of my daughter having a [redacted] so I would appreciate the lien release to the Ford Expedition I purchased from Trade Automotive in 2008 which has been paid in full. It is now 2014, he did my daughter wrong, had someone sign her name on documents she was not aware of, and he had to pay which was only right. If someone treated his daughters in such a way he would have brought charges against them or worse. I'm not trying to cause problems but I NEED the title for the Ford Expedition because I NEED a reliable vehicle to get my daughter back and forth to the hospital and she is due to have a major surgery soon.

Review: Purchased a 2000 Ford Expedition with said company and in-house payments were made due to being on good terms with [redacted] at the time. Payments were made and paid in full. My daughter purchased a vehicle from the same owner of Trade Automotive ([redacted]) and the deal went sour after he did some underhanded dealings in regards to fraudulently signing her name on documents. I helped my daughter file a claim after he did not want to make good on the deal of giving her another working vehicle or her money back and [redacted]. I am in need of my Lien release because I need a reliable vehicle due to having a child that has [redacted] that has to be admitted in Albany Medical Center for treatment every 3 to 4 weeks. The vehicle is now giving me problems, gas is high, and I need to get a better reliable car.Desired Settlement: Went to retrieve my lien release today 6/4/2014 and I was given attitude from his new [redacted] that knows nothing about our history or deal. She then called me 3 times to tell me she will not release the lien for my title because money is owed as per [redacted]. I stated [redacted] knows the vehicle was paid off and he was just mad because my daughter won her case. She replied" Well you do whatever you want but you will not be getting a release from me until the balance is paid." I replied, "there is no balance and [redacted] is well aware of our arrangement that was paid in full and I would be calling the Revdex.com again." She replied she did not care.

Review: I was sold a car from [redacted] and [redacted]. It has been a year and the car has not been fixed like I was promised. On top of that they overcharged me for the car and pretty much took my cash and did not live up to the contract. I typed a legal document stating what was wrong with the car and it was signed by the [redacted] of the car dealership. He is very nasty with his attitude, they took my car for months and still to this day have not fixed what was promised to be fixed. I have a signed legal document that I typed up and he signed stating all the problems that were wrong and that they should be fixed in a timely manner or I want my money back or a new car. I have been promised over and over by him and his associate [redacted] that they would be fixed and nothing has been done. I recently have requested a new car from [redacted]. Upon doing so I was referred to another place. Upon that I found out that my contract I was told was in fact not the case at all. I was told I would only pay for the car for 2 and a half years now its four. I made a down payment with five thousand dollars in cash and didnt even have the car for about three months out of the whole year. The car is supposed to be financed through [redacted]. They have black boxes they are not even working. I have no idea when my payment is due I just mail it at the end of the month. I never recieved a contract from them. I have been lied to and taken advantage of .They are a bad business and have done this to alot of people I know. It is unfair. People have children and trust that they are receiving good cars and are being sold lemons that are dangerous. Something needs to be done about this establishment as soon as possible. My phone number is [redacted]. My name is [redacted]. I have other people that can verify my information so please contact me as soon as possible. Thank you for your time.Desired Settlement: Closing of this establishment or replacement of the damage.
