Mike's windows in Big RapidsI would not recommend this place at allThey installed my windows in with a fifty year parts warranty and a lifetime glass warranty that said the sealed glass unit is warranted for seal failure for the life of the window against moisture collection or dust collection between the interior glass surfacesWell I have windows that are all fogged up and need replacedI called and talked to [redacted] and she said that [redacted] said the window manufacture "Paramount Window MFG., INC" and " [redacted] Brother" went out of businessSo he won't stand behind his warranty that he signedI told her that if I put a roof on her house and the shingles fell off in three months but the shingle manufacture went out of business in the mean time, if she would expect me to replace the roof? She said yes but he wasn't going to stand behind his warranty because his brother went out of businessThey want $plus the price of the glass to fix themThat is no warranty, so if you are thinking of getting your windows replaced look around because this guys warranty will not hold upI was told this a while ago and now decided to get them fix and now found out it is trueGotta love the internet where you can get the word out
