As per the reward card, there is not a monetary award, our Trade Fair Customer
card only rewards with certain advertised specials, but there is no point
reward system in place for this customer to demand in such settlementIf the
customer does not have a reward card, he/she can always apply for one online or
in person in any of Trade Fair locationthe employee out of kindness entered
another customer reward card for the aforementioned customer to give him/her
the advertised sale items, resulting in this confusion
For the tax issue - he/she claims, we would need the proof of purchase to
confirm whats deemed taxable, because only non-food items, such as beer, candy,
soda, soft drinks, deli prepared foods and certain HBA products are taxable
If the customer has any issues with labeling and pricing, it should be brought
to the attention of the store employee and resolved in timely manner

Review: On saturday night june [redacted] I bought 4 cans of cat food. I gave the cashier 20 dollars. She said I only gave her 5 dollars. I asked them to check the camera right above the register the manager said he does not know how to operate the camera. The manager has told me 3 times to return for my money and every time I return he tells me to come back tomorrow. When I ask him to check the video camera he keeps telling me no one knows how to operate them. In this day and age of video cameras I do not know how this can happen. They robbed me of 15 dollars that I work hard for and I have a daughter that I support. Please help me.Desired Settlement: I would like my 15 dollars in change back that they robbed me.

Thank you for your help in this matter. I just went to the store and received my money.

Review: It has been brought to my attention, that the Senior Discount program is being jeopardized at this store by swiping a card from the store after the customer's card has already been swiped. The records indicate that the customer was not given the ten percent discount and all the awards. In addition, I have noticed that the cashier is assigning the payment made by the customer to a wrong name (e.g., [redacted], [redacted]). However, I know for a fact that the customer never signed off on any of the awards. Furthermore, the customer was charged tax for no reason at all. It does not say what kind of tax it was. In other words, the store does not indicate who received the tax.I have noticed the same type of aberrant behavior at the Trade Fair on [redacted] at about [redacted], [redacted].I have contacted both of these stores.Desired Settlement: All the monetary awards must be given to me and my mother in reality.
