I was away on summer vacation with my family from 8th until 20th and just started going through emails yesterday and this is the reason there was no responseOn a side note the person who emailed us and made a complaint against us is not a customer of oursOur contract was with *** *** and
all communications prior, during and after the project have been with her until we received the email from a 2nd party yesterdaySince all communications have been with *** and that is who the contract was with we feel that is who should be talking with us.*** NHF

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:We sent Mr*** two emails, signed by both of us, dated June and June 10, 2016, to which he never responded. He was well aware that we are married and co-owners of the property where he installed the fence in question. Further, we stated in our emails that we planned to file a complaint with the Revdex.com if he did not respond. None of this is a surprise to him and his refusal to respond to the substance of this complaint through the Revdex.com, while communicating by phone with Ms*** is concerning and bad businessHad we failed to pay or otherwise uphold our end of the contract, regardless of the fact that it is signed by only one of us, Mr*** would have the right to file a lien against our jointly owned property. A contract for improvements to real property necessarily results in a contract with all property owners. As of June 30, 2016, Mr*** has committed to moving the fence so that it is in compliance with City Code no later than July 9, 2016, which is the deadline given by the City of Denver. Assuming he complies with the commitment he made, we will withdraw this complaint. In the meantime, we still expect a substantive response to our complaint
Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:*** *** is my wife. All payments to this company have been checks in both of our names. Emails addressed to the business prior to filng this complaint were signed by both of us. Mr***n is well aware that this work was done for the two of us, not just Ms***.
Sincerely,
*** ***

The contract is with [redacted] not [redacted]. I have never met [redacted], nor do I believe I have even spoken to [redacted]. To my knowledge all communications prior, during and after the contract and project were with [redacted]. It seems only proper that we communicate with the individual we have been in communication with from the very start and who the contract is with. As for who's name is on a check. I do not know who who's name is on any checks as we do not keep record of such information. We receive payments for contracted customers regularly from people other than the contracted person so there is no relevance to who who wrote a particular check. We just match payment up with contract that payment arrives enclosed with making note of check number, date, amount and process it. I stated I do not know who [redacted] is because I don't. She is not someone we have a contract with or have had any communication with. So not sure why [redacted] is contacting us to discuss the project that she did not contract for nor has ever been directly involved with in regards to us. Until now I did not know if [redacted] was a wife, sister, daughter, friend, roommate etc. To be completely honest I don't know if our customer [redacted] has ever mentioned [redacted] since there would be no reason for her to do so.NHF
