Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Hello, You had been helping me with complaint # [redacted] , and eventually the business sent a response saying that they would send me a check I accepted this response, which seems to have closed the issue as resolved However, after well over two weeks, I still have not received the check, so it really isn't resolved Is there a way to mark this as still unresolved? I feel like they may have "gamed the system" and got this complaint cleared without actually doing anything This business has been an absolute nightmare, and I'm shocked at how little regard they seem to have for their clients Any help you can provide would be very much appreciatedThank you so much, [redacted]
