The complaint made is not true or accurate We had [redacted] service do a complete inspection and they found no evidence bed bugs Once we moved you to the second room you didn't come back to the front desk for minutes Your claim is you that you inspected both rooms thoroughly yet neither bed was touched except one pillow being moved [redacted] made reference when she came down with a bug that she works for a company that handles bed bugsI found it interesting watching our surveillance video and seeing how [redacted] was trying to give [redacted] the front desk clerk the name of her company so we could buy mattress and pillow covers and use the Kservice The room [redacted] was in was not charged anything, we comped it and they left

I had *** *** come in do a full evaluation of the guestroom 338. As you can see by the report there is no bedbug activity. Guest may not cancel other guest rooms that were not reserved by them and *** reservation must be canceled directly through them. *** is
claiming on social media that she found both live adult and nymph which is not trueAs being is the hotel business for over years we take bed bug cases very serious. We have not had a case of bugs in over years. I have not heard from either *** or *** that booked through *** personally. Both *** *** and *** *** have stayed with us in the past at the hotel. The *** *** that was the registered and paying guest in where said incident happened has also not reached out myself. But the room was cancelled and not charged even though they were in changed room for over mins and made popcorn and did whatever else.I will not be refunding money to the *** guest that never checked into hotel and when *** *** called he told *** the front desk clerk he would "be there in mins to settle it" He never showed up
