Customer brought vehicle in on 02/05/Customer complaint was heater control switch sticking, request estimate for replacementTechnician found blower switch loose and not operating properlyThe complete control head had to be replaced due to switch not available separatelyCustomer approved
repairCustomer returned 2/11/statesblower switch not operating on high speedTechnician could not duplicate concern and customer was advised to bring back if issue returnedCustomer brought vehicle back inon 03/02/Technician verified blower not working on high, upon inspection found jumper harness to high speed fan has burnt connector and needs to jumper harness to replaceCustomer declined repairs and call Service Manager, *** Cox , demanded repair be made at no cost to her*** reviewed customer file and customer concerns on previous repair ordersFirst repair order on 2/5/clearly states customer fan switch sticking customer request estimate on replacement blower switch*** found nothing on paperwork about high speed blower not operating*** talked to customer about original complaint of blower switch sticking or being loose, she states it was not loose and that her original complaint was not working on high*** called advisor and technician in office together and went over situation againAdvisor states customer was on drive in vehicle and showed him blower switch loose and not operating correctlyTechnician found blower switch loose and replaced per estimate given to customer before repairs*** called customer yet again to discuss situation customer stated if dealership was not going to replace harness for free she was not going to repair vehicleTechnician put vehicle back together and customer returned loaner vehicle and picked her vehicle up I have attached write up sheets and repair orders with signatures of customer with her concerns of her vehicle
