[redacted] has been a repeat customer and has made 23 orders in the past year. Order XXXXXXXXX was recieved and processed on 12/1 and it was found that one of the... game discs had a cracked inner ring. It was reevaluated and the revaluation email was sent on 12/2. Mr. [redacted] rejected the revaluation on 12/7. We then made multiple attempts to contact [redacted] asking for resolution on the order. It wasn't until the 30th of Dec when we heard back. Because of the situation and how long this was drawn out we offered a bonus code on his next trade in order for an additional 10% and a $15 Amazon giftcard, we then shipped everything back. That was the last correspondence we had concerning this order. With no other correspondence we considered this issue closed. Only to find out he went straight to BBB. We would have appreciated feedback on what was offered at that time, not weeks after. Based off his order history the 10% on his next trade in order could have been more than the $20 difference that we're talking about here, giving him a higher profit when he flips games to us. So here is what we're suggesting. The order value was for $34.56, we've already supplied an Amazon Gift Card for $15, one that we can not cancel or get back. We will pay the rounded balance of $20 to his PayPal account. By taking this route we'd like to consider this issue closed. While trade4cash.com has handled the situation unprofessionally from the beginning,this solution is fair enough to end the issues of having to go back and forth to receive the original payment. The damage unnecessarily done to the disc cannot be repaired and I understand that trade4cash would not like to receive a cracked disc as I did not like it either. I hope that trade4cash learns to handle situations professionally instead of deflecting blame so that its customers can feel at least comfortable discussing the situation. I will accept the offer and hopefully all of us involved will learn from this situation.
