I have joined tradebit as a merchant couple month back. Initially I had some trouble with their system but I must agree that tradebit has an awesome and very efficient customer support, Specially the gentleman named ([redacted]).
All in all a great site for purchasing digital contents. I am really happy that I have jointed tradebit and I wanted to know everyone my experience with tradebit. My highest recommendation of tradebit to everyone and I give them FIVE STAR!!

You claim we did not respond to your request, but as you can see by the attached  logfile that is not true!
As we have explained multiple times, we have no record of a sale...

We have suggested more than once that you ask your card provider to start a chargeback.
You can do that with just one call or e-mail.
But instead you choose to open a Revdex.com complaint with only half the truth.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 
Tradebit did refund the money however my understanding is Tradebit is a "broker" of sorts for many different vendors. My first step was to contact the actual vendor from whom I purchased the product to explain the situation. His response was rude and he basically refused me any help. At which point I contacted Revdex.com who in turn found Tradebit. Tradebit did honorable refund the money, the actual seller was not so kind.

Terrible experience, customer service is virtually non-existent, and the company has for years sold some of my products but REFUSES to pay me, and refuses to respond to emails (other than generic canned responses). My products: Poetry Classics To Funky Beats, Greatest Rasta Vocal Samples, It's been years of sales (I know because I have had people buy to test the sales process). When I initially started suing Tradebit.com back in 2009 I thought things were going well. Something happened and they stopped giving me the money owed, and stopped responding to emails. I called their 1-866-639-1280 number but it's only a voice message that tells callers to email [email protected]. I've emailed [email protected] but get no sensible response. They send me in circles. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I believe it is tradebit's responsibility to resolve this issue and will
gladly provide my bank statement showing that it was tradebit and no
one else that took the money.  The bank statement clearly shows that the
money was paid to tradebit.  I have contacted my bank and the funds
were transferred to tradebit.  My bank has started the process of
getting my money back and are interested in this transaction and where
the money went.  Half truths?  The evidence is clear! I paid for a
product from tradebit and recieved nothing!  I have also stated that I
don't want a refund, I want what I paid for!  It is too bad that it has
come to this because I have done business with tradebit with success in
the past.  I will attach a partial clip of my bank statement, which I
have provided before, and will gladly provide the entire statement if I
am assured that it will only be viewed securely.  You have copies of the
emails we have exchanged also.  I am disappointed in the lack of
tradebit's concern over this matter and the staff not contacting the
seller.  I have made repeated attempts to contact the seller, "bikermike" with no success.

Review: Tradebit.com is selling my copyrighted material without my permission. I have contacted them numerous times. Twice they have removed my copyrighted material, only to put it back up soon after. I have contacted CD Baby, which has sent Tradebit.com at least two cease-and-desist orders. Any money Tradebit.com may be making off my copyrighted material is being done so against my expressed request. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like Tradebit.com to remove my copyrighted material from the site.

Review: I ordered a product (1966-1984 Chrysler 3.5-140 Hp and 1984-1988 Force 4-125 Hp Factory Service Repair Manual 1967 1968 1969 1970 1971 1972 1973 1974 1975 1976 1977 1978 1979 1980 1981 1982 1983) and received a scanned copy of a [redacted] manual which is NOT a factory service manual. I left a one star review and poor comments. TradeBit either changed or allowed My review to be changed to a five star review. This is fraud and should not be allowed.Desired Settlement: My review should be changed back to a one star with my original comments. I am also requesting a refund since I did not recieve the product I ordered. I have contacted Tradebit by email but have received no responce.

Review: I sold items on tradebit just like many of the other seller's were offering. After accumulating $400-$500 in sales, they cancelled my account and claimed I was selling items I was not allowed to. However, THEY are selling these exact items AND I actually write many of the manuals AND am the ONLY one of the sellers who has the authority sell them as we are the company that writes and distributes these service manuals . I emailed and called and emailed again so many timers and they just kept my money. I even said I am fine leaving, but do not steal my money, but they never responded. So, I provide the information (pdf service manuals) and they keep the money. I wrote on some forums and a number of other people have dealt with the same thing. I just expected them to go out of business but see they re still in business which is just criminal! So, now I want me money. Please let me know what you need from me (emails,. etc.) and I will provide. Please help me get the money I earned. FYI, I see THEY are selling the items I uploaded to their site and keeping that money for themselves too.Desired Settlement: I expect to get my money back, and would like this company closed down as they are stealing from people. Just do an internet search for tradebit review and see all the complaints of innocent people getting stole from.

Review: I ordered an ebook online from the company and tried to download it 6 different ways...none of them worked. It says it was a corrupted file.

I paid $15.95 and I was promised an ebook. It was also a PAYPAL authorized company so I trusted that.

I have downloaded several ebooks in the past from other companies and never had issues.

I sent several emails to the company. THey dont answer their phone or email.

After I was frustrated after not getting a response, I googled it...and found out it was a potential scam.

THey are promising EBOOKS and colecting money and the customers never receive the ebooks.

THey should be shut down. Who knows how many people they have defrauded.Desired Settlement: I want an IMMEDIATE REFUND of the $15.95 to my credit card.

I want you to force PAYPAL to stop partnering with TRADEBIT

I want you to SUE TRADEBIT for FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES. THEY should be shut down immediately

Review: I use Tradebit Inc.'s service at http://www.tradebit.com to sell 2 of my products online. My tradebit.com username is [redacted].

Tradebit provides a marketplace for me to sell my products, and, in return, they receive a percentage of all of my sales. Generally, they pay me the balance of sales made on a weekly basis. Recently, they have stated that it could take up to 4 weeks for me to be paid for sales. Here is an excerpt from an email that I recently received from them (in response to my inquiry about the delay in my sales 'payout'):

"Tradebit pays out weekly.

Yet, we had several harsh credit card fraud attacks in the past year and bad fights for copyright violations.

If you payout volume is suddenly spiking or over $1000 for the last week, it is most likely that the payout is currently delayed by up to 4 weeks.

We keep catching up and try to be as fast as the money comes in.

Additionally there is the chargeback calculation. If chargebacks for your sales come it, they are instantly applied to the actual payout volume - no matter when the sale that is charged back occured. That could lead to some confusion, but prevents further attacks."

The last time I was paid by Tradebit for sales made via tradebit.com was 10/30/13. Additionally, I have sales dating as far back as 10/21/13 that I have not yet been paid for. So the "delay in payout" has easily exceeded 4 weeks at this point.

I don't believe that "my payout volume is spiking", nor did I make sales amounting to more than $1000 in a single week. I also don't see how the "chargeback calculation" has any relevance to my particular Tradebit account and the timely delivery of sales revenue owed to me.

I have received no other explanation for the delay in payout and payment of sales revenue owed to me.

I have tried to be patient with Tradebit during this process. We have had a mutually beneficial relationship up until now, but this is sadly no longer the case. Tradebit seems to have no problem continuing to sell and make money off of the sale of my products. But they are no longer paying moneys owed to me for these same sales.Desired Settlement: I would like an explanation for the delay in my sales payout (as it pertains to my particular Tradebit account), and I would like to be paid the balance of sales revenue owed to me.

I have purchased four (4) Factory service manuals from this site now all were decently priced and I only experienced one (1) problem. The problem was a broken download link which I informed Tradebit Inc. of and they promptly sent me a new link that worked. Overall I'm extremely pleased with products, prices, and service this site provides.

Review: I ordered a motorcycle manual that was to be downloaded. A link for the download was supposed to be sent to my email [redacted] but it never arrived. Since I ordered this on a weekend and the bank was withholding funds until Monday, I was not surprised. However, on Monday September 2, 2014 my bank (US Bank) released the funds to tradebit. I never received a receipt, or download link. I contacted tradebit's customer service and after several email exchanges they determined it was a problem with my bank, and therefore my problem. I also tried contacting the seller [redacted] several times but have never received a response. I have contacted my bank, they did release the funds and are now starting a fraud investigation. I tried one more time to settle this problem with tradebit and was told they would send my issue up to a higher customer service manager but I have not received any response. The amount was $14.99 plus a .29 cent international processing fee.Desired Settlement: I just want what I paid for. I would really like to just have the manual advertised because I could really use it. If tradebit, and the seller, cannot deliver the product then, of course, I want my money back. $14.99 plus the .29cent international service fee.
