tradeland put a judgement on my credit they want money from me and I do not have a lease agreement with them. and their property was no good to move not ready for occupancy

Couldn't agree more. We had the exact experience as previous poster. [redacted] and office staff are completely negligent and unprofessional. They steal your money then ignore you when it's time to rightfully return the deposit. Ours was $1150, [redacted] claimed was needed for minor paint touch ups (needed prior to our move in). They don't think twice about stealing from a family of 5. We were good, quiet tenants who are very low maintenance.
