My car was towedMy car had a decal that is clearly visiblethe manager of the complex did not ask them to tow
I been at this complex for years, for a year I worked here I know the management here and they did not call for a car to be towedI called David's wrecker and I was told "your windows was let down maybe someone took the decal" and they refused to give my car back without paying 120$I believe they target my car because the windows was down took my decal and towed my car to make a profit
I was threatened with additional fines and arrest while trying to retrieve a towed car
I attempted to retrieve a towed carI was told I couldn't pick it up for hours until the office was openI said that I would head over to the office to wait to pick it as I had no where to go nearby and was threatened with arrest for trespassingI was then hung up on by the tow yard employee on the phoneI called again and this time was told they would add additional fines if I kept calling for "being a nuisance and keeping the employee form sleeping" and then was hung up on againThe only problem was I am epileptic and my anti convulsive medication was in my carUnder fear of additional fines and arrest I didn't attempt to contact the business anymore despite the fear of going unmedicated and potentially having a seizureBy not allowing me to pick up my vehicle or retrieve my medication and threading me for calling the business they put my safety in danger by with holding my life saving
