apartment and treat as needed. This solves the issue every time. The requires the landlord to provide this service free of charge to the resident, something we have repeatedly attempted. The law also requires the cooperation of the resident. Something we have not been able to get.
That being said we have tried several other options all along during this process to accommodate the resident and resolve the issue. We have offered transfer to another apartment and letting the resident out of their lease.
