We "(Trademark Auto Center)" sold A 2003 Honda civic to [redacted] in January of 2015. In April about three months late [redacted] had gave us a call and said that the Honda civic had broke down and she had her mechanic check it out and...

he had said that the timing belt snapped in have and the heads needed to be replaced. we had told [redacted] that the tow would cost about $400 dollars because the Honda was about three hours away from were the Honda was and our dealership. [redacted] could not pay for the tow so we pay for it are self. As soon as the car got back to are dealership we had are mechanic look at it and he had said that it was cost about $19,00 dollars for parts and labor. we had told [redacted] that we would spit the cost with her and we would need $900 dollars to get the work started and [redacted] agree. we never received the $900 dollars that's all we were waiting on the whole time. we never received a payment so we paid for it our self and got the car down, trademark auto center only received four car payments out of ten from [redacted]. There was never a warranty on the Honda at anytime [redacted] had sighed several documents stating that the Honda was sold "as is" no warranty and the only thing that was promised was installing a new radio and that got done. AS soon as the car was done we got a hold of [redacted] and told her that she need to pay the $900 dollars and she did not want to at all
The reason [redacted] needed to pay is because there was never a warranty on the Honda at all. we tried to help her out and pay for half the cost for repairs and we even paid for the tow to help her at. There are no guarantees on the car or on the work done to the car. we paid for all repair cost and never received payment for anything. we tried to help out [redacted] as much as we can but we have done all we can

We were told that they wold be willing to split it 50/50, and I found a local mechanics shop that would do it for 1600, but they said that they wanted to split the cost at their own shop because it would be cheaper, so we we agreed that they'd get a [redacted] car dolly and they towed it back to Fresno with a pickup truck, which is an hour and a half away. They told us it would be two weeks to fix. Six months later they were dodging our calls, and refusing to take our payments. We got a lawyer to help us with the car, but Trademark said that it will be 900, and we have to drive to Fresno and back to pick the car up, when we agreed for him to bring it down, and that each month from now on, they won't take our payments over the phone anymore, so they want us to drive to Fresno and back each month to make our payments. Whenever we call to get answers or even just to make payments, we are told they will call us back which they never do. And for the payments they have accepted, I have yet to receive a receipt-in the mail or by email or otherwise. We also never received a written estimate to be signed off on fom the repair shop and we were informed that another repair was done that we did not authorize.
