Original service included a replacement of a rusted out drain plug for the transfer case on 11/11/on 1/4/the customer returned with the transfer case leaking from the plugThe findings were the case half had to be replaced where the plug went into the caseCustomer advised only the plug was

Engine running poorly. Center tried to adjust kick down cable beyond what is recomended to compensate for a poorly running engine, to get better kick down. This resulted in a transmission slip. Center replaced valve body with modified remanufactured valve body and also replaced forward drum. Clutchers and torque converter replaced due to overheating. Center has been trying to work with customer, old farm truck with many issues and a lot of work performed for no charge because customer is out of money and on a payment plan. Customer must get engine running properly for transmission to operate properly. Repair as needed..... No Charge.

yesterday admitted to everthing with no trans fliud got the truck back said that everything that happened his shop is backed up drive it for one month and he would rebuild the trans over hopefully u can confirm that thanku.

this has bin a nightmare bin back there twice now today tran burning up again after he told me he fixed it witch is a lie just changed the fluid and gave it back to me in two days I know a lot about cars took it to another aamco the guy said he new peter but was not getting involved but said you just cant replace bad clutch plate one at a time the whole thing would have to be rebuild so he said he can smell the burned up fluid also so here we are again spending ever week end at ammco I think some legal action has to be done or let the other aamco do the job.
