Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Mr [redacted] did finally sent a young man here that we,ve never seen before and had no idea he was even here on the very next day of me filing my complaintWe were on our way out and soon as we step out the door we saw a young man with a little hot glue gun gluing our lights on the second door of the garage because he was already done with the first door which he did wrong again, not the way over the arch as was previously stated in the complaint , I asked who he was and he told us [redacted] had sent him to do the rehanging , I then pointed out to him the exact way and spots they were to be hung since all the spots were visibly seen how they were done the year prior, he said okay yes I see, I will fix it right for you I promise, don,t worry I will make it right , we had to leave for our appointment where we were heading and since we had no idea someone was even at our house we couldn,t stay not knowing he wouldn,t or couldn,t keep his word to do it right since he was told and shown, when we got home he had one set straight across which was wrong and the other set over the arch so the lights were totally off balance, had some of our neighbors laughing at the odd lights.I immediately sent a picture of the off balance lights and told him he didn,t do it right again and ask him to please send him back to fix it , and as of today 1/I have not seen or heard from [redacted] @ Master Gardener, very poor customer service and buisness equitteWould never ever do buisnees with Master Gardener ever again and would never ever refer him or his buisness to anyone I know Regards, [redacted] ***

This is the only interaction that I had with [redacted], the owner of Trademark Construction. This is a text message conversation. He has not attempted to contact me via...

phone call, or email to resolve the issues, he has only texted me the below since I filed the complaint with the Revdex.com. It does not look like resolution will come from this complaint with the Revdex.com.
