Review: I ordered a beer pong table on 09/17/13 for $[redacted]. The money was withdrawn from my account but I never recieved the table. On there website it says to expect to recieve the package with in 3 to 6 buisness days.I attempted to call this company 3 times and left a message and I emailed them 4 times and they never responded. They also did not give me the tracking number for my package.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded and for them to send me the beer pong table that I ordered.

Review: I contacted the Revdex.com in my own state and they suggested I file a complaint with you. I ordered an item from a website on 5/16/13 at 1:37pm and was given order number [redacted]. My credit card was immediately charged $119.99 for the item and $20 S&H. After not receiving my item I sent them an email inquiring about when I'd receive it. The email went to [redacted]. In the last 4 months I have sent several emails and tried calling their number for customer service [redacted] with no response. The 800 number told me to leave a message and they'd get back to me. It was not what you get when you call a large company's 800 number. This was like I called my neighbor and got their answering machine or something. As yet I have not received the item I was charged for or heard back via phone or email from them. I'm not sure what you are able to do, I realize I may be out the money but would like some explanation for the turn of events and if this company is not legit I'd like them off the internet so others don't have the same result I did. Thank you for looking into this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like the item I ordered and if that is not possible I would request a refund of my money.
