I am rejecting this response because:I strongly disagreeWhat I experience at the first class was not a positive experience at all otherwise I would be at the class Trying to find this place and rushing to register and pay for the class there was not any time to read any signs .had there been any verbal communication of no refunds at the time of registration I can certainly see that I was incorrectBut this was not the case.If they feel they want to keep the money for which they did not provide service for is not an honorable business , in my opinion, money should be earned and not taken, in this case it was takenI have nothing further to add except that I am real disappointment :(

I am rejecting this response because: when I went to the class there was no mention of no refund policy,after attending the class I was extremely disappointed.I went to the class to train my puppy not to stand around with every person feeding the puppies treats .as far as socialization I got the same interaction from the dog park and I did not have to pay dollars for itOther business train do puppy puppies at months old e.g [redacted] ***, and this business is stating that the puppies has to be at least to 8months old,is this their way of ripping people off ? I don't feel I cannot go back to this place ever again because this trainging place is dishonest and deceptive.to me it feels like the nessage they are sending is that if you don't like our program we are going to keep your money too bad so sad there is nothing that anybody can do aboutkeeping someones hard earned money and not providing service for it ,in my opinion is stealing

Our puppy class that people inquire about is completely explained when they contact us. Our head trainer also spoke with the client stating the complaint about what the class entails. For reference the class comprises of a lot of interaction between all the puppies enrolled.
There is play which behaviorally is important in setting up the foundation of the puppy's overall behavior. It is required that all humans interact with ALL the puppies in the class. All the humans have treats and solicit desired behaviors from the pups. There are also numerous obstacles for the pups to learn desensitization to new and unusual motions. The first class for each pup as this is an ongoing class where people join in as they choose is always a little different as they learn to interact and find where their comfort zone is. The day that this client started the class there were several others that started as well. Our head trainer gives a run down speech at the beginning going over all the reasons and requirements for the class. The class is scheduled for an hour but always goes longer. The client questioning our services here got all the same as the others did. Our trainer interacted with their dog numerous times. The client did minimal interaction with the group but seemed to leave the class pleased. We have a no cash refund policy. It is posted in plain view in our front office where they check in and pay for their classes. It is also on our client registration form that the client signs. We do allow refund through in house credit for other classes or services we offer. This was all stated in conversations to said client

Attached are documents showing what is and has been posted in our front office for quite some time, the registration form, and a copy of the initial email you sent to us after the class.  We don't appreciate the exaggerated statements you've made towards us.  We understand they may be coming out of frustration as you're not getting what you want.   There again was an explanation given to you on what the class would entail.  A brief one in the office from our head trainer and again one on the field out with everyone again from the head trainer.  If you'd like we can get statements from all the clients that were there in the class you took on what happened in the class as well as the recollections from them of comments you made with them.   We have talked with several of them already and their statements conflict what you have accused us of doing and your view on the class.

Other business train do puppy puppies at 4 months old e.g. [redacted], and this business is stating that the puppies has to be at least 6 to 8months old,is this their way of ripping people off ? I don't feel I cannot go back to this place ever again because this trainging place is dishonest and deceptive.to me it feels like the nessage they are sending is that if you don't like our program we are going to keep your money too bad so sad there is  nothing that anybody can do about. keeping someones hard earned money and not providing service for it ,in my opinion is stealing
