To whom it may concern.I did pour a small slab for them I squared it of the the back property lines as told by the home owner.I then poured the concrete and actually stayed and help put the bolts in the concrete.I was payed and that was the end
of it this concrete job was done in late june I then get a text from her husband about weeks ago saying that the concrete was out of square he sent me picture on monday I said no problem I wil come and saw it an easy fix.and also told him I wouldn't be able to fix tell friday because I was doing a job IEly Minnesota.I did not get back tell late friday evening.Saturday morning I get a call from his wife aboutam she told me who she was and I told her I completely forgot I will jump in my truck and head over im about a half hour away.she proceeded to tell me what a terrible person I was and swore I have never met her in this job.she then said after I told her im on my way she told me to stay the f* out of her yard or she would call the police.remember I did tell her I could fix it and it would take minutes to fix.I will not give her money back for somthing I can fix in minutesThe cost of the concrete was $so I did not make anything after paying for labor and bobcat that he said I didnt need when I arrived at the job I told him I would not pour on the grass.I do have many references that would tell you that I do quality work.I just dont understand how she can be so upset when it is such an easy fix

There are a couple things that need to be clarified in the rebuttalFirst of all, the company was not contacted until September, because we could not build until that timeIt wasn't until the shed was being built, that it was noticed that the concrete was not done correctlySecond, it is made to sound like the company was not given any time to fix the concrete, when in fact, they were given weeksWe called the first week, and they told us they were coming that next weekend to fixNo one showed, no one calledThe next week, we attempted to call three more times and left voice messagesAgain, no one showed or answered/returned our phone callsThe following weekend, which was weeks since this was started, the owner answered my phone callBoth my husband and I were not happy at this point, and I no longer wanted him to fix itThe trust was gone, and I didn't believe that he would show upIt is bad business to not return phone calls and not show up when you say you areThird, the job was originally done at the end of July, not June, as stated aboveI have the receipt from when the job was finishedFouth, I don't care that it's an easy fix, that is not what we are upset about, he is obviously missing a very important pointIt's called customer serviceWe are upset that the job was done poorly in the first place, and that we were charged full price for itWe are upset that he lied about coming out to fix the problemWe are upset that phone calls and voice messages were not acknowledged/returnedAs you can see, the trust is goneI do not trust this company to come out and fix it or trust that it will be done the right wayThis owner can't keep his facts/information straightI have receipts and documentation to back up my side of the argument
