trademarkplus.com - SERVICE - they filled forms to *** representing as legal service provider with expertise in Trade Mark This is not the case - they simply file paperwork and charge the same fees as a real lawyer Now I have to hire a new attorney to fix this mess

I have been trying to contact this company from Early August. It is almost October and absolutely no response. I have attempted to reach by phone and sent multiple emails.

This is unacceptable and will have to follow up with necessary action. You do NOT take customer's money and not provide service. When I was emailed for more information, I responded within a timely fashion. Why am I not granted the same respect for my time?

I received a phone message from Trademark Plus on Thursday 3/27/14 stating that they had...

tried to email the packet that I had purchased. This was the first return correspondence that I received from Trademark Plus.
In that phone message they conveyed that they had sent two emails that were returned. I checked both email accounts that they claimed to have sent emails to (which are gmail accounts - the servers dont' generally go down) and there were no messages from Trademark Plus whatsoever (not even in spam folders). I did notice that I had wrongly entered my email address in the letter attached by Trademark Plus. I entered [email protected] and it should have been [email protected]. However the email [email protected] is fully functional and no messages were received at that address.
I attempted to call Trademark Plus by phone 3-4 times the following week after making the order (between 3/6 and 3/12) as I become concerned that I hadn't received information or correspondence. Additionally that week I tried the contact page on Trademark Plus's website. I tried twice - once each day on two different days - and the contact page would not allow my message to go through. Additionally, I began to research Trademark Plus online and noticed that there were two other Revdex.com cases open with them. These things together tipped me off that I may have chosen a fraudulent company.
Not one time that next week (between 3/6 and 3/12) did a person answer the phone at Trademark Plus so I left voice messages for them to call me back at my cell phone number (which they used to reach me on 3/27). I never received a phone call from Trademark Plus between 3/3 and 3/27. They had ample time and information to contact me via phone and tell me that my order was indeed being processed. They may have completed the order as purchased, and even attempted to send it. However their lack of inability to make a phone call has caused this situation to escalate to where it has.
