Review: I hired this company to remodel my bathroom in the amount of $10,500 in December. When [redacted] came to give an estimate he said the job would be completed in 5 - 7 days. On December **, 2013 they started to gut my bathroom. A dumpster was delivered and placed in front of my house for over 3 weeks. [redacted] kept giving me the run around of the first set of workers doing a 2 day job and never returned thereafter. [redacted] hired another gentleman whom he tells what days to work and how many hours. Plumbing and electrician work should have been almost completed prior to the gentleman placing up sheetrock. This was brought to their attention, but to no avail. After the sheetrock and tiles were placed on the floor and walls, the electrician arrived and my walls and ceiling had to be reopened. At this point, I learned that I had a whole was in my sewage vent which should have been noticed from the start.

The toilet that was bought was too small. The initial sink that was bought did not match the bathroom. Both had to be returned. The floor tiles was the incorrect choice. The tiles were placed on the floor by the time I came home from work, so I figured there was nothing I can do about it. A new sink was finally installed but no hot water can be used.

As of today, no one has returned to complete the job. My ceiling on my bottom and top floors are left open, the toilet is not installed, electrical and plumbing work is still needed, new sheetrock has to be placed on walls again, sanding and painting is still in need. I've had the bathroom estimated from 2 different contractors in between due to their slack. I was told by both contractors that the job should have cost between $4,000 - $5,000. I have been hearing nothing but excuses from [redacted].

I received my first bill, which is due on 2/**/14 and an additional $1,300 was added on the bill. When I called the credit card services informed me that Trademark received their money already in the amount of $11,800.

Review: I hired this company, TradeMark Contracting, Inc., to do my deck and stairs in the front of my home. I lost the one I had due to Hurricane Sandy. Because of Hurricane Sandy, I could not get any contractor that I knew. [redacted] from TradeMark Contracting, Inc., met with me and told me they can do it for $9,800.00 and needed a $2500.00 downpayment. It would take no more than 4 days to complete the job. After a few details in our contract, I gave the downpayment (in a check) to [redacted]. As I know now, they hired an unlicensed company to do the job. First they came, took the deck and stairs down to prepare for construction. They left it like that and did not come back for over a week. The 2nd installment was due at construction. Assuming they had one to two days left I paid $4500. They did not come back after that. The job was not professional. The stairs were like a ladder. They promised me for over 2 months someone was coming to fix this job but no one ever showed up. Their calls stopped and they stopped answering my calls. I went to their company in Long Island and they told me someone would show up "tomorrow" but that did not happen. After 6 months I had to hire someone else to do the job before the winter.Desired Settlement: The amount I paid plus what it cost for me to hire and pay another contractor. $2,500.00 + $4,500.00 plus $5,450.00 (new contractor) =$12,450.00

Review: in 2011 I signed a contract in trademark contracting, inc. I have paid the the full amount of $52,500. they were to do work inside my house and replace 8 double hung window and one bay window

it is now 2 years later and the windows have not been installed or the work inside the house completed. I have call them went all the way out to see them and all I do is keep be given the run around.Desired Settlement: I want the work completed by the beginning of august or a refund of $25,000. so I can hire some else to complete work

We have heard from Trademark, and they have set up dates for installation of window. The last date they gave was July **, 2013 and the window are still not installed. They also claim they were never contacted by the Revdex.com. This line of setting up dates and never coming has been going on for two years.
