I needed a roof repair/correction in order for a roofing permit to be approved on my house Todd was able to fit me into his schedule quickly He did the necessary work according to the inspector's requested specifications He even spoke with the inspector by phone as he was doing the job, to make sure everything was done according to the inspector's requirements Todd was professional, conscientious, very friendly and courteous After the work was completed, he even followed me to my other house a few miles away to give me an estimate on a roof repair there He climbed onto the roof, examined it, and gave me a very detailed explanation of exactly how the job would be done It was a pleasure doing business with him Now that the rainy season has stopped, I need the repair to be done on the other house I will be calling Todd to schedule an appointment for the work to be done I look forward to having him do this roof work for me

It was a pleasure doing business with him. Now that the rainy season has stopped, I need the repair to be done on the other house. I will be calling Todd to schedule an appointment for the work to be done. I look forward to having him do this roof work for me.

My home was purchased in 1985, and in 2007 I determined that the roof needed replacing, before a minor leak became major. First I looked up 4 roofing contractors at the Revdex.com website and scheduled quote appointments. Although Trademark Roofing was the youngest of the 4 contractors, [redacted] impressed me the most. He gave me a packet that, along with copies of his business license, liability insurance, terms and conditions and certifications, contained a list of 80 references. None of the other contractors provided so much information, let alone reference lists. I called about 15 of the customers and spoke to about 10 of them. All were VERY pleased with the work he had done and said they recommended Trademark Roofing..

So I hired [redacted] to do the job. I think it was 2 days later that a dumpster was delivered in my driveway. The next morning I awoke early and found about a half dozen men standing by my fence, waiting for the flatbed containing the roofing materials. As soon as it showed up it was unloaded and the work began. The crew worked quickly all day long and finished. They removed the old metal roof vents, replaced a skylight, and installed a ridge vent along the top of the roof. [redacted] came by the next day to have me sign off on the job. The dumpster was picked up the same day. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

I'm sorry I didn't give a review earlier, but I had not realized that I could. I hope Trademark Roofing and [redacted] are thriving. I know my roof still is.
