Real Estate Closing, we never received our Check at the 11:00am Closing, we were told that the Check would be over knighted via UPSThe check did not arrive the next day We were also told that the Mortgage Company was wired the money to satisfy the remainder of the mortgage, this also did not happen We contacted the Trademark Title the next day to inquire it took about 5-hours to get some answers We were again told the money was wired to pay off our mortgage I argued with the Tracy over the phone because we have a great relationship with our bank and they did not receive the wire After waiting on hold Tracy did not come back and another person said they over knighted the check to the bank so I get to pay another day of finance charges The wire transfer was a complete LIEwe were also told our check did not get overnighted because the funds came in late so they didn't have time to overnight our check to us well if you can overnight a check to the bank why cant mine be ov
