Revdex.com: On Thursday 1/**/17, Hudson Heritage FCU received an overnight envelope from [redacted]. The envelope was sent to the Loan Servicing Department because enclosed was a payoff check for her loan. The payoff check was processed by the Loan Servicing on Thursday 1/**/17 and...
the loan was paid in full. Also enclosed in the envelope was her December statement with the request to change her address, close her account and mail her a satisfaction letter. The statement was forwarded to the Service Center in the interoffice mail. The Service Center received the statement on Monday 1/**/17. The Service Center completed the request of changing the address on the account. They also closed out the account and mailed [redacted] a check in the amount of $285.30 which was her remaining balance. The check was sent out the following business day on Tuesday 1/**/17. The letter of satisfaction request was completed on Thursday 2/*/17 and mailed out the following business day on Friday 2/*/17. All satis faction requests are processed five business days after the loan is paid off to ensure the availability of the funds used. As of today, Friday 2/*/17, this matter has been resolved.
